WestPoint Hospitality is a manufacturer and distributor of these goods.
Order quantities will be in case packs and processed just as commercial customers. Samples may be available for large-quantity orders (contact iorders@wphome.com).
Quality Assurance Policy
Replacements will be provided at no charge if the incorrect product is shipped or in the case of a manufacturer defect.
To initiate a return, the order along with photos will need to be sent to iorders@wphome.com
These returns need to be reported within 15 days of receiving the order.
Return Policy
There will be a 25% rehandling fee on all returned goods.
All freight charges are to be paid by the customer on any returns. All returns need to be unused and in their original packaging.
LTL Deliveries
Upon delivery, customers are to validate shipment matches the packing slips.
By signing with the deliverer, you are confirming you have reviewed, and your order
is accurate.
